1350 - RAMBOT II
"Lasalle Academy 1350 was founded 2 years ago in 2004 by Adam Lesnikowski and Nick Pasquariello, the first co-captains of the team. Our moderators were Mrs. Pamela Fontaine of the La Salle Academy Science Department and Mr. Tom Conboy who is an alumni of La Salle Academy. Team 1350 was mentored by Team 121 of Portsmouth. They were a real inspiration to our members when they brought in a robot created in the previous year. The robot was much bigger than we had thought and had 2 configurations due to the nature of the game the robot was built for. At the kickoff, the team was introduced to FIRST and the concept of Gracious Proffesionalism. Because 2004 was our Rookie year, we were given an EDU pack to help us get ready for the build season. This pack gave us the equipment to create a miniature robot that included a mini CPU, perforated metal sheets, nuts, screws, and a booklet that explained the source code. This was going to be the most interesting, useful learning experience of our members' lives."- Team 1350
